Smashbox not so good......

Well, I can't say that I'm thrilled to state that Smashbox has horrible customer service and part of me has to wonder if they hire total idiots on purpose... so here's why..

2 1/2 weeks ago I ordered some stuff from Smashbox.com and finally after getting impatient
awaiting my shipment I sent them an email asking them why I haven't received anything yet..

here is their EXACT response:

"Thank you for shopping at Smashbox.com. Unfortunately the item you ordered MINI LIP GLOSS KIT FASHIONISTA is a limited edition item that is out of stock and no longer available. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. If you would like us to cancel the order, please confirm the cancellation. Thank you for your patience, if you have any questions please contact us. "

WTH! How dumb, you just told me your out of stock and it's a limited edition item (which means you no longer have any of that product)...but your stupid enough to ask me if I want to cancel my order? OMG! Duh! and refund my money to...STUPID question.

So the moral is I'm not ordering from them anymore..it was the first time I actually purchased anything from their site, I always buy Smashbox from Sephora...now I'm thinking I don't want to buy Smashbox period...hmm...oh well I'll have to find a better company to waste all my money on. ;)
